Super wonderful hotel, room was extremely clean, staff was accommodating, Valencia was so sweet and had amazing energy !
We stayed here for 10 weeks in 2024 and we have been here for 8 weeks in 2025. The rooms are very spacious, with a big screen TV with cable. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you want or need. Pet friendly

Staying at this hotel in the midst of a busy work pace was a relaxing break for me. Everything from breakfast to room cleaning was perfect. General Manager Brandy's kind attitude and solution-oriented leadership are reflected on the whole team. It is very valuable to receive such a warm welcome after the chaos of the business world. I was greeted with a smile.Buy a lovely lady named Brandy she was so much help. She made everything easy and the coffee in the lobby was hot and ready.
My stay has been exceptional due almost entirely to the professionalism of the staff, especially the manager Brandy. It is clean and safe and everything works in my room. If I need anything the staff is quick to assist me. And they never complain about the heavy packages I have delivered! My work here will be done soon, but there will be more in Bloomington in the near future. When that time comes I will not even inquire at any hotel other than this one.

Absolutely meets expectations for an affordable extended stay hotel. Quiet, clean, well maintained, with OUTSTANDING staff that has been nothing but helpful throughout my stay. This hotel chain takes some getting used to as far as housekeeping and getting dishes go, but if you have stayed at one I would say they do way better than most of the same ESAs I've stayed at. It's an older hotel but there are obvious upgrades and it's taken care of. I had an issue with my wall unit and it was resolved quickly. The beds are very comfy and new and the kitchen is more than adequate for long term stays. Laundry room is usually available and can take a card or quarters. Vending machine in the laundry room with lots of snacks and drinks. The area feels safe, kind of tucked in it's own little corner, but tons of food and shopping options nearby. Even a little amusement park close enough to walk to if you are in the mood for putt-putt. Tons of food delivery options. I stayed at another hotel in Bloomington that was allegedly extended stay...allegedly a Wyndham hotel even...but it was a horror show in ways in which I may never recover. If you need extended stay in Bloomington, this is the place to pick. Just know how things work at these hotels so you don't come in with unreasonable expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. This hotel obviously has great managers and AMAZING employees who actually care. It is very much appreciated to see that.
